Half-closed smoky Quartz Gwindel from the Gletschhorn (5.6 cm x 4.7 cm)
This impressive smoky Quartz Gwindel captivates with its flawless form and striking aesthetics. Recovered from an alpine crevice on the Gletschhorn, it is a very rare highlight for collectors.
The intergrown crystals of the Gwindel are absolutely water-clear.
Thanks to its exceptionally high quality and considerable size, this piece will be an absolute eye-catcher in any display case!
Another outstanding feature is the clearly visible twisting of its a-axis. This shows the characteristic, slightly flattened growth and an elegant twist along the axis.
Of particular note is the right side of the Gwindel, which is crystallized in the rare, so-called "closed form" ā a true rarity that makes this piece especially unique.
The crystal piece is completely natural and shows no signs of repair.
To perfect the presentation of this special piece, we securely attached it to a high-quality acrylic glass base using hot glue.
This way you can admire the beauty from every angle and proudly display it in your collection.
