Sein imposantes Äußeres toppt die kleine Gruppe noch durch seine seltenen Wuchsform im sog. Dauphiné-Habitus.

Dieser entsteht bei einem horizontalen Wachstum, bei der eine oder zwei der sechs Flächen an der Kristallspitze deutlich langgestreckter ausgeprägt wurden als die restlichen Rhomboederflächen der Spitze.

Die Stufe ist auf einem Acrylglas Sockel mit Heißkleber befestigt.

Its imposing appearance surpasses the small group by its rare growth form in the so-called Dauphiné habitus.
This occurs during a horizontal growth, in which one or two of the six surfaces at the crystal tip are much more elongated than the remaining rhombiohed surfaces of the tip.
The piece is fixed on an acrylic glass base with hot glue.
